Working with Green Connection for your event rentals:
Once you contact us, we will take the time to learn all about you and your event. That way we can recommend the right mix of plants and containers to fit your theme, needs and budget.
We will then send you a total package price with a breakdown of every detail so you can understand the costs and what they cover. Pricing is based on the size and quantity of plants, and the duration of the rental.
When the event arrives, we carefully deliver and place your plants. Green Connection takes care of all things plants, even if you just want to move something from one side of the room to the other. This ensures great event design, beautiful plants, and low hassle for you.
When your event is over, we will pick up our plants and return them safely to our nursery, where we will continue to care for them until their next event.
The details:
- We have a $300 minimum for all rentals (not including delivery cost)
- Maintenance and decorative containers are included in the rental costs.
- Delivery and pickup are not included in the rental costs.
- We do not offer any delivery or pickup on the weekends, or after 4pm on Fridays.
- Our plants cannot be used outdoors.

Once you have decided on your plants, our professional team will install them so your space looks exactly as planned.
At the end of your lease, we will remove your plants and leave everything clear and clean. But if you fall in love with your greenery, you can purchase at a reduced cost after one year with our buyout option.
Or, if you still want plants but decide to change things up, we can refresh and update your designs and swap out plants on a new contract when your rental period is over.
For corporate leasing, we also offer our full interior plant design services, so your business can have a custom plant design without any purchase necessary.
